What is WIMFA-Women in Multifamily Association?

Whether you are an experienced commercial real estate investor or you are just getting started, WIMFA is for you. Women often feel isolated or unsupported in male-dominated industries, and WIMFA is Focused on a safe and inclusive space where women can connect and develop lasting relationships.

Short answer, anyone interested in investing passively or actively in multifamily or self-storage assets. You will have access to experienced multifamily investors that can answer your question. The WIMFA connection has helped many women gain the understanding they need to confidently invest in many asset classes of commercial real estate.
